Inspired by the #1 US Classic. Our vibrant tribute to the spirit of the sun. Premium Blanco Tequila shaken with fresh-pressed lime, orange liqueur and agave. (Available in different flavors). Refreshing, bright, and dangerously easy-going
Our Signature Espresso Martini. A refined blend of smooth vanilla vodka and intense espresso, perfectly balanced with sweet coffee liqueur. A velvety, indulgent classic. Rich, creamy, and bold
A drink with history, built for the neighborhood. We stir Redbreast 12-Year Irish Whiskey with aromatic orange bitters and a simple syrup. Served over a single clear rock. Deep, smoky, and undeniably sophisticated
The Summer Exsential. The ultimate Florida heal-killer. Tito's Vodka meets the snap of ginger beer and a heavy squeeze of fresh lime. Served in a frost-covered copper mug to keep it ice-cold until the last drop. Zesty, crisp, and clean
A Bold Irish Twist. We've traded the traditional gin for Muff Irish Gin from County Donegal, known for its smooth, premium potato-based spirit featuring a 40-42% ABV. It is characterized by a low-juniper profile with vibrant citrus, specifically mandarin and lemon, combined with herbal rosemary, floral elderflower, and a unique touch of champagne extract for a clean, creamy mouthfeel. Stirred with Campari and sweet vermouth, it's a sophisticated balance of bitter and bright. Complex, herbal, and spirited
Patio Gold Designed for long afternoons on the terrace. Aperol and crisp Prosecco meet a delicate splash of St-Germain Elderflower. Topped with club soda and a fresh cucumber ribbon to bring a bit of the Irish garden to the Florida coast. Effervescent, light, and floral
A sophisticated blend of premium rum, garden fresh strawberry puree, and fresh squeezed lime.
A tropical blend of white and dark rums shaken with passion fruit syrup, fresh lime juice, and a splash of grenadine. Served on the rocks in a traditional hurricane glass, garnished with a fresh orange slice and maraschino cherry

Speciality Coffee's
A precise balance of Bushmills Original Irish Whiskey and rich, dark-roast coffee, sweetened just enough with Demerara syrup to bring out the toasted oak notes. The secret is the "cap"---a hand-whipped, chilled heavy cream floated perfectly over the top. Finished with a dusting of nutmeg on top. Do not stir it; drink the hot, spiked coffee through the cool, velvet cream as intended
While the Irish coffee is built on whiskey and warmth, the Belfast original, is built on the rich, dark soul of Cold Brew and imported Poitin (Irish moonshine). We take a premium Chilled Cold Brew Coffee and stir it with Poitin, the legendary "original spirit" of Ireland. Known for its earthy, malted-barley punch. Finished with a float of hand-shaken heavy cream and a heavy dusting of fresh nutmeg. It's a drink of beautiful contrasts: dark and light, smooth and sharp, cold and velvety. Do not stir it; drink the hot, spiked coffee through the cool, velvet cream as intended
